FRONT-END WEB DEVELOPER

Plasco, Inc. is seeking a full-time Front-end Web Developer to join our Minneapolis marketing team. The Front-End Web Developer will work with our team of developers and marketers to continually improve UI/UX of our existing web properties and play a key role in the development of new web properties. QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Efficiently building pixel-perfect websites from mock-up and/or wireframes
  • Solid knowledge of eCommerce, with a preference for the Miva platform
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress and/or other CMS
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, Webmaster Tools, and GA
  • Expert knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, PHP, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON)
  • Integrating site functionalities with third-party software, APIs, and/or feeds
  • A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures
  • Experience managing outside vendor partners
  • Experience with cross-browser compatibility
  • Rock-solid understanding of web standards and best practices for building fast sites with UI/UX at the forefront
  • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
  • Solid understanding of security and session management within web applications
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to move quickly and independently and juggle multiple projects

Bonus for Experience With:

  • Familiarity with responsive and/or adaptive design
  • Demonstrable UI/UX experience for CMS-driven eCommerce sites strongly preferred
  • Experience with Web Services such as REST and SOAP
  • Knowledge of PA-DSS / PCI security standards

Plasco, Inc. is seeking a full-time Direct Sales Representative to join our Minneapolis, MN or Miami, FL sales team. The Sales Development Representatives will be tasked with strategically developing and growing our existing relationships with U.S. Dealers. In addition, they will be responsible for qualifying new revenue opportunities with US Dealers in their assigned territory.

ID Wholesaler (www.idwholesaler.com) is the largest online retailer of plastic card printing identification equipment and the related supplies and accessories. We are looking for highly motivated, tech-savvy individuals to join our inside sales team as Account Managers.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Past experience in sales – relationship management and business development
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify potential Plasco ID solutions to fulfill requirements
  • Past experience in working with U.S. Dealers / Distributors a plus
  • Must be highly motivated, tenacious, and self-starter
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited and reputable College or University
  • Recent successful experience (2-5 years) and proven ability to develop a prospect pipeline via high volume outbound prospecting and engaging business leaders

  • Develop and use a Value Story to tell the story of our value to customers and prospects
  • Educate customers on use of PlascoID U.S. Dealer portal and their ability to order products and access past usage
  • Maintain a high degree of activity to develop opportunities and document within CRM..
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales and qualified opportunity quotas
  • Execute pre-call planning strategies
  • Conduct research meetings within territory and new business accounts to uncover new qualified opportunities
  • Demonstrate a professional, customer centric approach during all customer interactions
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, industry trends
  • Be a team player – bring suggestions and recommendations forth to help the overall team and business be better
  • Actively work with inside sales and customer service to ensure U.S. Dealer customers daily needs are met
